Today's going to rain, I woke up quite early, 9.30 am, not bad for me at Sunday. I decided yesterday to make home making pasta, just for fun and to offer my readers a new post and some recipe, fast and tasteful.
Today I made tajarin, using a handful of flour and 1 egg, I mixed them for a few minutes then I set the dough to rest under a cover for 20 minutes. Using the magic AMPIA machine,I had my tajarin perfectly cut, they're so yellow!
